Permissions for Mobile App
When using the Digido mobile app, we may collect additional data, including phone data, app usage metrics, such as traffic, crash logs, diagnostics, and page views.
With your consent, the Digido mobile app may request access to certain permissions, such as email, messages, phone calls, contacts, installed apps, accounts, device information, and location data. This helps us prevent fraud, secure your data, and determine your eligibility for our services. We may also send push notifications related to your account or the app.
You can manage the app’s permissions via your device settings, and deactivate specific permissions after submitting your application. However, some features may not function fully without the necessary permissions.
Device Information
The app may collect and monitor device details such as hardware model, operating system version, and user profile data for device identification and fraud prevention. We do not collect device identifiers like IMEI or serial numbers.
Location Information
The app may collect location data to verify your address, provide location-specific services, and detect unusual activity. This data is not gathered when the app is in the background, and you can disable this permission at any time via your device settings.
We may also work with third-party partners to obtain location data for skip tracing purposes to support our collection efforts, ensuring that these third parties follow all relevant regulations and have appropriate data protection measures.
